A lot of the time, buying or selling a house can be a stressful experience. Whether its your first home or your eighth commercial property, we will work with you to make the process as smooth as possible.

We offer a fixed fee for residential conveyancing, whether it is a house, land, unit or off the plan purchase or sale.

Many people will enter into a contract before speaking with a Solicitor. That's why we also offer free pre-contract advice. It's easier to negotiate the terms of a contract, before it's signed, rather than trying to get out of a contract that has been signed. We can also prepare draft contracts for you.

We are also able to assist you in residential tenancy disagreements and other property matters that may come before the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT).
