A bit of information...

We understand how difficult it can be to discuss any sort of domestic violence situation. Whether you are the aggrieved or the respondent, or haven't even submitted an application to the Police yet, we can work with you to guide you through this traumatic experience. Most importantly, we will work with you to help you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the matter.

  • Domestic Violence Order (DVO) and Temporary Protection Order (TPO) Application;

  • Pre-hearing negotiations;

  • Liaising with the Police and other relevant parties;

  • Appearing in Court;

  • Referrals to other services.
