Many people will enter into a contract before speaking with a Solicitor. That's why we also offer free pre-contract advice. It's easier to negotiate the terms of a contract, before it's signed, rather than trying to get out of a contract that has been signed. We can also prepare draft contracts for you.

Mediation is the practice of trying to resolve differences calmly, with a third party acting as a “sounding board”. Mediation is most commonly used in parenting disputes but can also be helpful in almost all areas of the law, including personal injury, commercial disputes and residential disputes.

More commonly, family law and commercial disputes will not be heard by a court unless all parties have made a genuine attempt to mediate the situation. If they are unable to come to an agreement, litigation will be the next stop.

Pamela is a nationally accredited mediator, and a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
